Pioneering towards a net zero future through purpose-driven biofuel engineering innovation
Our innovative membrane technology enables top grade ethanol and other chemicals to be produced with less energy and water consumption, increasing profitability and reducing environmental impact.
Most production processes incorporate energy intensive chemical separations, accounting for a staggering 10-15% of the world’s total energy consumption.
Whitefox’s innovative membrane separation significantly reduces energy and water requirements, providing customers with an efficient production process, minimised cost and environmental impact.

Hit your targets

Reduce Emissions
Industrial chemical separation accounts for 10-15% of the world’s energy consumption and the resulting GHGs. Whitefox replaces inefficient processes with a natural filtration technology.
Produce Cleaner Fuel
Our solution is both cleaner for the environment and delivers a purer product. Whitefox ICE® is changing the game in fuel ethanol production, sustainable aviation fuel, biochemicals and pharmaceuticals.
Achieve Net Zero
Installing the Whitefox ICE® system brings you one step closer to reaching your net zero targets by significantly improving your production efficiencies.

The Key To
net zero
biofuel
production
Most industries want to reduce their energy and water footprint. One such industry is bioethanol, which has pledged to reduce GHG emissions by 70% by 2030 and to be Net Zero carbon by 2050.
Whitefox ICE® is a proprietary membrane system that can be de-bottlenecks distillation and dehydration to stabilize operations, increase capacity, reduce energy, water and carbon score.

The Whitefox system installation for us has been a dream come true.
We started at 50 million gallons as a capacity plant here and we have been able to increase to a 100 million gallons and in part, our latest expansion is due to the Whitefox technology. It delivered what we were looking for.

What a Year
For 365 days, all 50 million gallons of Western Plains Energy’s ethanol production has been dehydrated to US fuel spec by Whitefox membranes – a testament to Western Plains’ commitment to innovation and the technology’s reliability.
Redfield Energy Adopts Whitefox ICE® Plus for Profitability and Sustainability Gains
Redfield, South Dakota, January 15, 2026 – Whitefox Technologies is pleased to announce the successful installation of its Whitefox ICE® Plus membrane dehydration system at Redfield Energy, LLC, marking the first ICE Plus installation in the United States. The new system enables Redfield Energy to increase ethanol production while using less resources, advancing their goal of lowering carbon emissions.
What a Year
An Introductory Note from our CEO:
As we celebrated the 25th anniversary of Whitefox’s inception in January, it was the start of what became a year of completions and new beginnings with six new plants commissioned, new markets with projects in Canada and South America, and new engineering partnerships. A year of reflection and refinement, 2025 set the stage for what will be the next era of our company’s future.
