February 23, 2026. Whitefox Technologies (Whitefox) and Fluid Quip Technologies (FQT) today announced a strategic collaboration aimed at advancing the global ethanol industry through collaborative technology solutions. The companies are working together to combine their expertise and provide a fully integrated distillation, dehydration, and evaporation system that materially reduces energy demand, pushing efficiency well beyond what is typically expected from conventional systems.
Whitefox Technologies Accelerates Low-Carbon Ethanol Production with Three Energy-Saving, Capacity-Boosting Projects
Whitefox Technologies is pleased to announce the addition of three new customers in the United States, unlocking 174 million gallons per year of total ethanol capacity through distillation and dehydration upgrades and leveraging its proprietary membrane technology. The projects will come online in late 2026 and 2027 and include two Whitefox ICE® systems and one Whitefox ICE® XL, bringing the total annual production of ethanol through Whitefox systems to 553 million gallons per year.

For 365 days, all 50 million gallons of Western Plains Energy’s ethanol production has been dehydrated to US fuel spec by Whitefox membranes – a testament to Western Plains’ commitment to innovation and the technology’s reliability.
Redfield Energy Adopts Whitefox ICE® Plus for Profitability and Sustainability Gains
Redfield, South Dakota, January 15, 2026 – Whitefox Technologies is pleased to announce the successful installation of its Whitefox ICE® Plus membrane dehydration system at Redfield Energy, LLC, marking the first ICE Plus installation in the United States. The new system enables Redfield Energy to increase ethanol production while using less resources, advancing their goal of lowering carbon emissions.
